I live two blocks away so this is my "go to" parts store. They are always very helpful and friendly. Are they professional mechanics?.. No but I usually know exactly what I need and if I need help their computer is there to make up the difference. I've had them do the normal stuff, test batteries and alternators, with no problems. I can't say the same for other places near by. For what it's worth, I've gone to performance down the street on several occasions and the guys think I want to hear them using cuss words. Just because I work on cars, have beat up hands, and have a big beard doesn't mean that I should have to listen to that, especially when I bring in my 8yr old son. I'm trying to teach him how to work on cars so he can teach his son someday, not how to have a filthy mouth.
